  1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
    • Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize impact and reach.
  2. Content Creation and Curation:
    • Create engaging and visually compelling content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
    • Curate relevant and high-quality content from internal and external sources to share with our audience, fostering meaningful conversations and interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries, feedback, and customer concerns.
    • Foster and nurture a vibrant community of followers by engaging in conversations, moderating discussions, and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
    • Identify opportunities for user-generated content (UGC) and encourage user participation and contributions to enhance community engagement and brand advocacy.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across multiple channels.
    • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and insights, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies and decision-making.
  5. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management:
    • Monitor online conversations and sentiments about our brand, products, and industry trends, and take proactive measures to address any negative sentiment or reputation issues.
    • Implement crisis communication protocols and response strategies to manage and mitigate potential risks and PR challenges effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels and touchpoints.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; relevant certifications or coursework in social media marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to monitor, measure, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling, coupled with strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
