  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance and present findings to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
