We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects within the IT sector.     • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules and resources as necessary to meet project objectives.
  2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure clarity of project goals and expectations.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, ensuring that team members have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  3. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
    • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
    • Monitor project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions.

  5. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Allocate resources effectively, optimizing the utilization of personnel, equipment, and technology to maximize project outcomes.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, driving efficiencies across project activities.


  • Proven experience in project management within the IT sector, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT systems, software development methodologies, and infrastructure components.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
