Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing strategy and grow our partner network.   • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, including sales, conversions, and traffic, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, resources, and guidance to maximize their success.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with affiliates to develop creative marketing content, including banners, landing pages, and promotional offers, that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with legal regulations and brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of integrity across the affiliate network.
  • Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including commission structures, payouts, and incentives, to achieve a positive ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and optimize affiliate marketing strategies, offers, and placements to improve performance and achieve business goals.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor affiliate programs and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on affiliate program performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and networks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with performance-based marketing and a deep understanding of ROI metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC is a plus.
