Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with our leadership team and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in managing employee relations, talent management, performance coaching, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Performance Coaching: Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive performance improvements and support professional growth.
- Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet business goals.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights to business leaders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HR metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to provide strategic HR support and influence business leaders.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and performance coaching.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
