Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team. The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging online learning content. Responsibilities:

  • Course Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
  • Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
  • Content Management: Organize and manage e-learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assessment Creation: Develop assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities to measure learner understanding and engagement.
  • User Experience: Ensure that e-learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content requirements and feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of e-learning modules to ensure functionality, usability, and accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and LMS platforms is a plus.
