Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Corporate Finance Manager to oversee and enhance the financial health of the company.   • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial goals and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Lead financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance strategies, and investment principles.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
