Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Campaign Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.   • Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within financial limits.
  • Lead A/B testing efforts to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting for improved campaign performance.
  • Identify market trends and audience insights to develop compelling and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to execute campaign initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and technologies to incorporate into marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
