Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales through paid advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budget efficiency, ad performance, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to measure campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance and improve results.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and changes in paid media algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid media strategies.
  • Proficiency in advertising tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
