Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our healthcare team. The Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data to support clinical and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide insights to improve patient care, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and protect patient data privacy.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven healthcare solutions, such as predictive analytics and population health management.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of healthcare data sources, including EHR systems, claims data, and clinical registries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data governance standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics in healthcare is a plus.
