Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team.   • Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to foster engagement and community growth.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align content with company goals and campaigns.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engage new audiences.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Assist in the development of paid social media advertising strategies to boost visibility and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and content management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • A passion for social media trends and a keen eye for detail.
