Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Colombo. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and development programs that align with our company’s goals and enhance the skills of our workforce. Responsibilities:

- Leadership Development: Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture and enhance the capabilities of current and future leaders within the organization.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management systems.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, using a variety of methods such as workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
