Job Summary

  • Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics, ensuring a clear understanding of their responsibilities.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate compliance issues or violations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies and manage communication and reporting obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, and update compliance programs accordingly.
  • Ethics Management: Promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Experience with compliance management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with risk management and auditing practices.
