We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team.   • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes to ensure competitive and fair practices.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
