Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth and innovation. Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress, monitor recruitment metrics, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and practices.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including the development of job descriptions, career pages, and employer branding content, to enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter, with experience in full-cycle recruitment within the technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in recruiting or HR management are a plus.
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and market trends, with the ability to assess candidates’ technical proficiency and potential contributions to the organization.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
