Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Rooster as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives, including social media, career fairs, and community events.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
