Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our Salesforce environment supports our business processes, including user management, data integrity, system customization, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing data imports, exports, deduplication, and regular data quality audits.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including managing updates, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Process Optimization: Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Security: Manage security settings, including user permissions, roles, profiles, and data access to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Integration: Support the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing training and development.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices, and offer ongoing support to resolve user issues and optimize system usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports within Salesforce.
  • Experience with data management, including data imports, exports, and cleansing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security practices, including user roles and profiles.
