Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our sales processes.   • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive better results.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage sales-related projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a related industry or sector is a plus.
