Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic insights. Responsibilities:

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational processes and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including supply chain, finance, and HR, to implement operational improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management: Manage and support operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in operations management, applying new methodologies to improve Rooster’s operational efficiency.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to streamline operations and enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific operational practices and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
