Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design solutions that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with our clients’ needs and budgets. This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring design visions to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present creative design concepts for residential, commercial, or industrial interior spaces.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Create detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.
  • Select furniture, lighting, materials, colors, and finishes that align with the design concept and client’s vision.
  • Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and design technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting options.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of space planning principles.
  • Certification from a recognized interior design body (e.g., CID) is a plus.
