  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for innovation projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in innovation management or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive innovation across teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, or other innovation frameworks is a plus.
