Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Responsibilities:

  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure events comply with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure event success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts and experiences.
