Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.   • Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities for lead generation and customer engagement during events.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROI, and provide post-event reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing to continuously improve event strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing, with a strong understanding of event logistics and promotion.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as Eventbrite or Cvent, is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies for event promotion is a plus.
