Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to manage and optimize the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing ERP solutions to streamline business processes and ensure system reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across departments to address various business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP implementations, customization, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, execution, and user training.
  • Customize ERP modules and features to meet specific business requirements, ensuring system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot any issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guidelines.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system, implementing best practices for data management.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure staff are proficient with ERP systems.
  • Work with vendors and external consultants to implement new features, resolve system issues, or perform upgrades.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP developments and propose relevant improvements to optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Specialist, ERP Administrator, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with popular ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP system integration and customization, with experience in scripting or coding being an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques.
  • Certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) are a plus.
