Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions across the organization. Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance standards and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the technology landscape and develop strategies to mitigate them, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions, making recommendations for adoption based on technical feasibility and business impact.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation to ensure consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to IT teams, helping them align with the overall enterprise architecture and technical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of implementing large-scale IT solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Expertise in cloud computing, systems integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
