Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions across the organization. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with various departments to ensure that IT systems and business processes align with the company’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology frameworks, enterprise systems, and architectural best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support the company’s business objectives, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Technology Strategy: Lead the development of technology strategies that align with business goals and ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive technical solutions that integrate existing and new systems, applications, and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to align architectural decisions with business needs.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance standards and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the technology landscape and develop strategies to mitigate them, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions, making recommendations for adoption based on technical feasibility and business impact.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation to ensure consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to IT teams, helping them align with the overall enterprise architecture and technical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of implementing large-scale IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Expertise in cloud computing, systems integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
