Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee the operation and performance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Product Management: Manage online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience through optimized site navigation, personalized recommendations, and efficient customer service.
  • Sales Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and average order value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with e-commerce vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and support.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce software (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Knowledge of web development and user experience (UX) best practices is a plus.
