Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Asset Manager to manage and optimize the company’s investment portfolio, real estate holdings, and other physical or financial assets. The Asset Manager will be responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies to maximize returns while mitigating risks. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of asset management principles across various asset classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance of the company’s portfolio.
  • Monitor asset performance, conducting regular financial analysis and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee real estate investments, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with investment, finance, and legal teams to evaluate potential acquisitions or dispositions and perform due diligence.
  • Prepare asset performance reports, including financial models and forecasts, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as property managers, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure that all assets comply with regulatory and legal requirements, including environmental and zoning regulations.
  • Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to adjust asset management strategies accordingly.
  • Lead efforts to improve asset valuation, risk management, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage budgets related to asset operations, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Asset Manager, Investment Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, asset valuation, and investment principles.
  • Experience managing real estate assets, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and asset management software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPM, or similar are a plus.
