Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our supply chain operations.   • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production needs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Procurement Management: Manage the procurement of goods and services, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on supply chain performance metrics such as lead time, on-time delivery, and cost savings, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the supply chain team, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
