Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and experienced AI Specialist to join our technology team. The AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex problems and drive business innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data inputs.
  • Algorithm Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize AI algorithms to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring new techniques and technologies that can be applied to business challenges.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the potential of AI solutions within the organization.
  • Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production, ensuring they operate efficiently at scale.
  • Documentation: Document AI model architectures, processes, and results to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI models post-deployment, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members on AI concepts, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
