  • Sales and Promotions: Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel software and booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle travel-related issues and emergencies effectively.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
