Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects, ensuring they meet the aesthetic, functional, and safety requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Blueprints and Models: Prepare detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models using architectural software.
  • Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to designs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Material Selection: Select appropriate building materials and finishes, considering durability, cost, and aesthetics.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or changes that arise during the design and construction phases.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensure as a Professional Architect is a plus.
