Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
  • Business Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance data analysis processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database management.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data querying languages.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data mining is a plus.
