Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team. The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging online learning content. Responsibilities:

- User Experience: Ensure that e-learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and LMS platforms is a plus.
