Job Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop financial forecasts and budgets, monitor actual performance against targets, and identify variances.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business valuation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
  • Data Management: Collect, consolidate, and manage financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather data and support financial planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, including Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
