Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
